Part
time / Stock Room Manager: Responsibilities include
keeping an orderly stock room, keeping track of inventory, retrieving
stock efficiently for the sales team, and receiving merchandise.
Must be adept with calculators, cash registers, and computers. English and
Spanish proficiency is required.
Part
time / Show Room Sales Representative: Must be a
people person that looks for the opportunity to assist our customers in
finding the right gifts for their needs. Responsibilities include
helping customers understand and find the merchandise that they are
looking for. Must be good at taking customer orders and using a cash
register. English and Spanish proficiency is required.
Show Room Sales/Manager: Requires the same
capabilities as a Show Room Sales Representative with the addition of
being able to manage a team of sales representatives. Must be able
to keep a team of people working efficiently and comfortably. Responsibilities
include keeping track of multiple schedules, balancing cash registers and receiving
merchandise. Must be familiar with stock rooms and inventory
tracking. Good computer skill such as receiving/sending email and
using word processors are needed. English and Spanish proficiency is
required.
Part
time / Desktop Publisher / Printer: Responsibilities include
production and printing of cards, documents and accessories in a timely manner, updating web pages,
scanning images, and designing layouts. Must be comfortable with
word processors, desktop publishing software, computer printers as well as mechanical printing machines.
